Development and application of distribution network multi-state management and control system

Abstract

Abstract Aiming at the complex and changeable operating state of the new distribution network, flexible aggregation of distributed resources and intricate topology structure, this paper studies the new distribution network management and control methods of three states, including operating state, alert state and fault state, proposes a collaborative control strategy of energy complementarity optimization, and develops a multi-state control system of distribution network. The intelligent management and control mode under “operating status-alert state-fault state” of the distribution network is proposed, which can improve multi-regional energy utilization and power supply reliability in different operating states.
