Abstract
Abstract
The purpose of current research is to illustrate the existence of stenosis on the walls of the aortic artery which are rigid having Y-shape symmetric bifurcation. The non-Newtonian nature of blood is treated under impacts of the electroosmosis forces. In this analysis, a mathematical model is done by specifying the physical problem. Exact solutions are calculated through Mathematica. Graphical configurations are used to discuss the hemodynamics impacts for the concerned parameters. Also, the wall shear stress is studied on the main artery and artery bifurcated. Among of the most important results that the hemodynamic velocity throughout the parent artery is higher than when it moves in the bifurcation channels (arterioles) , a high value is observed for shear stress at outer wall of the arterioles and a comparatively low value of shear stress is observed at the arteriole’s region.
