Abstract

Abstract In order to promote the effective implementation of the critical peak pricing (CPP) mechanism, it is necessary to study the dynamic adjustment method of critical peak periods. In this paper, a dynamic adjustment method of critical periods based on FCM algorithm is proposed. First, the peak day of the peak month is selected according to the peak load. Then based on FCM algorithm, the peak periods of peak day are redivided into critical peak periods and peak periods. Finally, the effectiveness of the method is verified by a numerical example.
