Abstract
Protein nuclear transport is an important process in eukaryotic cells, and is closely related to the normal function of cells. Normally, protein nuclear transport is accomplished by nuclear receptor mediation, which requires the participation of multiple proteins. Therefore, protein nuclear transport cannot be separated from the interaction between proteins. In this paper, the relationship between protein interaction and protein nuclear transport is studied, and its effects on cellular and physiological functions are analyzed from many aspects.
