Abstract
Abstract
The dynamics of macronutrients in blood of foxes (Vulpes vulpes L., 1758) of two coloring genotypes: silver-black (A/a b/b; a/a B/B) and Vyatka moth (A/A B/B) in postnatal ontogenesis - at the age of 2, 4, 6 and 12 (adults) months. Macronutrients were determined by the capacity of a semi-automatic biochemical analyzer “BioChem SA” (the USA) using reagent kits from High Technology (the USA). In growing young foxes of coloring genotypes: silver-black (A/a b/b; a/a B/B) and Vyatka moth (A/A B/B), the final profile of the content in the blood of macronutrients Ca2+, Mg2+ and phosphorus is formed by the age of 6 month. Moreover, only in Vyatka moth males (A/A B/B) at the age of 2 months a significant effect of the genotype on the increase in Ca2+ level was noted, in females of the same genotype at the age of 4 months – on the increase in the level of Mg2+. The obtained data can be used as reference values in the study of the etiology and pathogenesis of diseases accompanied by impaired metabolism of macroelements.
