Abstract
The potential for real integration of Blue Open Space (BOS) in urban areas into the GI section is quite significant. Because of that, an understanding of the public, policymakers, academics, and professionals about the vulnerable and complex aspects of hydrology, especially groundwater resources, which are essential things done. This study using a qualitative method used for data collection through in-depth interviews. The role of institutions in the planning and management of Green Open Space (GOS) for hydrological functions that act as storage of water reserves and flood control knew by the interviews. The stakeholders came from the Central Government and DKI Jakarta Provincial Government with a total of 10 informants but the other names that come up from the interview added to the analysis process, so the total become 13. Blackbox on this network is the importance of the concept of integrating GOS with BOS in helping minimize Jakarta floods.
