Abstract

Abstract In view of the problem of the specific condition of the fields after harvesting winter crops, special tillage is required to use them for re-sowing. For this purpose, strip tilling was chosen as the most suitable technology. Data on the experimental search for the using it for the rear of repeated crops in permanent drills and in aisles ridges are presented. Based on the principle of vertical and horizontal cutting with simultaneous loosening of the soil, working organs were developed and experimentally tested. The data on the quality of tillage by the working bodies of the recommended device obtained in experimental studies are given. A schematic diagram of the designed combined aggregate with a device for strip tillage before sowing repeated crops is shown. A diagram of the arrangement of the device organs is given. The methods and materials of experimental tests, which were run in two stages, are also indicated. Graphs of changes in the degree of soil grinding and proposed organs traction resistance are described depending on the distance between the ripping disks and the lancet share. The experimental tests results of justification the optimal values of the parameters of the working organs for strip tillage of developed combined aggregate are presented. Based on the results of the research, the results were obtained on the justification of the parameters of the working organs for strip tillage of combined aggregate. The developed aggregate can meet the requirements of no-till sowing of repeated crops. This study can provide recommendations for the design and improvement of implements for reduced tillage in the conditions of Central Asia.
