Abstract
Abstract
Vast experience accumulated in the development of various groups of deposits in the carbonate reservoirs of the Volga-Ural oil and gas province, gave a set of geological and statistical relationships enabling to calculate and forecast resource extraction, provided that a representative volume of geological and field data is not available at the stage of geological exploration. The findings show that developing deposits in carbonate reservoirs requires a differentiated approach due to some specific features of oil recovery in these deposits.
