中西医结合治疗舒张性心力衰竭临床疗效观察

Abstract: 目的:观察中西医结合治疗对舒张性心力衰竭的临床疗效。方法:将160例舒张性心力衰竭患者随机分为对照组和治疗组（各80例）,两组均给予基础治疗,治疗组加用益气活血养阴药物,疗程1个月,连续观察6个月。观察治疗前后的中医证候疗效变化及6个月后再住院率和病死率。结果:中医证候疗效比较,治疗组较对照组有显著性差异（P＜0.05）,6个月后再住院率和病死率比较有显著性差异（P＜0.05）。结论:中西医结合治疗比单纯西医治疗对改善舒张性心力衰竭的中医证候疗效显著,并可提高心衰患者病后的生活和生存质量。
