Abstract
The essence of the paradigm of business process reengineering, “graphical thinking”, and “graphical utterance”, infographic modeling, it is shown that infographic models allow developing organizational solutions and technologies of activity that allow to imitate multi-position collective thinking in the conditions of individual thinking in the process of extracting new aspects of knowledge by the method of repeated reproduction and associative perception of the text in time and in space (the method of the INAZ).
The materials presented in this article are the result of the study “The use of infographics in serviology” carried out in continuation of earlier studies, the results of which were summarized in the publications.
