Abstract
Dental trauma duringthe young age will certainly affect the overall dental occlusal equilibrium. Complicated crown root fractures are difficult to manage as they are technique sensitive and demand patient’s compliance towards the maintenance throughout the treat-ment. Failure of maintenance will lead to treatment failure making the tooth to be indicated for extraction. This is a case of complicated crown root fracture where a 10-year-old child failed to take care of a stabilised tooth leading to fracture of crown en mass. The tooth was later indicated for root submergence procedure followed by removable partial denture as prosthetic replacement.
