A heuristic algorithm with better time efficiency and faster solution is formed as well, which is able to provide better service quality for CPS network; HMR algorithm of balanced energy-consumption which is suitable for multilevel energy heterogeneous network is put forward so that high energy nodes and the low energy nodes can undertake more tasks of interrupted transmission. The left energy of nodes in the network is balanced, which is conducive to expanding the stability cycle of network and improving the stability of network.
