Abstract

AbstractPhoto-response non-uniformity (PRNU) is an intrinsic characteristic of a digital imaging sensor, which manifests as a unique and permanent pattern introduced to all media captured by the sensor. The PRNU of a sensor has been proven to be a viable identifier for source attribution and has been successfully utilized for identification and verification of the source of digital media.
